01 • THE JOB

What you'll actually do.

EVERY SHIFT

Run a station for multiple delivery brands at once — wings on one ticket, burgers on the next, tacos after that. Hit the platform timers. Plate to spec. Pack to standard. Stock for the next wave.

EVERY DAY

Open or close the line. Prep. Inventory check. Deep clean a station. Communicate with your shift lead. We don't run on chaos — we run on systems.

EVERY WEEK

Get better. New menus drop. Recipes rotate. Test new brands. Pick up extra shifts at any of our Atlanta kitchens. Cooks who learn faster move into Kitchen Manager fastest.

02 • THE FIT

Who we want. Who we don't.

WE WANT

  • 1+ year in any commercial kitchen (line, prep, fast-casual, all count)
  • Comfort with multiple tickets simultaneously
  • Reliable transportation to Atlanta venues
  • Food Handler's card or willing to get one within 30 days
  • Open to overnight shifts (delivery peaks 10PM–3AM)
  • Ambition to move into Kitchen Manager / Lead within 12 months

WE DON'T

  • Care about ego, attitude, or "but my old place did it this way"
  • Want anyone allergic to cleaning, restocking, or basics
  • Tolerate no-shows or chronic lateness — three strikes
  • Hire anyone who can't pass a basic background check (felonies in food service get a conversation)
